All members have 24-72 business hours to cancel all orders purchased on our website. You must provide us with your name and order# to cancel your order. Once 72 business hours have past we won’t be able to cancel your order. For order placed with another company please make sure to read their return and shipping policy as all  policies may varies. Bacayard do not accept returns after the order has been shipped and delivered to you. Once an order is out of our possession we are not responsible for any broken, damaged, or dissatisfaction of any products.


If you placed an order on our website and request to cancel in 72 business hours. We will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within  3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

If you placed an order through another companies website and we received an item damaged, broken or it don’t work. We will contact you and informed you of the issue. We will operate on your behalf and advise the company of the situation. In order to do so, we will need Your name, Order Number, Name of the company you purchased the item/s from and tracking number. We will work with the company to either exchange or return your order. 

Return Shipping Fees
